Network Thermostat uses only US-based engineering for Telephone and Internet Support and non-warranty repair. The support includes Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm Central Time) telephone & Internet support, which may include online meetings and troubleshooting while connected to the customer's system.  Even with 20+ years of systems in operation, Network Thermostat still supports every one of them.  Free Support is always available via email.  For non-warranty repair (when possible) a single instance repair is available.
